Body Mind Method (10 Thursdays)

Join us for a transformative 10-week series focusing on the Body and Mind Method of Qigong, held every Thursday from October 3rd to December 19th (with two Thursdays off), from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. This hybrid class will be offered both in person for participants in the San Diego area and online via Zoom. Each class costs $19, with free access for Qi Team Members.
