✨ About the Body & Mind Method
The Body & Mind Method is a dynamic Zhineng Qigong practice that merges precise, flowing movements with focused internal intention. Unlike more meditative forms, this method invites full-body participation through:
Complex Movement Patterns — including stretching, spiraling, holding, and releasing
Whole-Body Activation — engaging muscles, tendons, and joints across every system
Mental Presence — aligning movement and intention in real time
This is a physically engaging practice—one that strengthens the body while deeply circulating and refining Qi. It is common to feel pleasantly tired after each session, not from strain, but from the depth of internal transformation.
You’ll be engaged and active throughout the full three-hour experience. And within that sustained movement, you’ll discover something profound:
The quiet power of connection.
As the body softens and opens, the mind settles. As intention guides movement, energy flows. In this unity, strength and stillness meet.
We invite you to show up fully—for your body, your mind, and the deep intelligence that connects them.
Each session in this series is designed as a complete experience. There are no prerequisites—you can attend any session individually and receive the full benefit of the movements taught that day.
Rather than progressing through the Body & Mind Method in a linear fashion from Sections 1 to 10, each session features a carefully selected pairing of upper-body and lower-body movements. This allows for an energetically balanced practice that supports both Qi expansion and rooted stability. These pairings reflect the deeper intention of the method: to unify internal systems through the quiet power of connection.
🔹 Recordings will be available to all participants for 30 days after each session.
A video of Reyna demonstrating the entire Body & Mind Method from beginning to end will be permanently available in the Advanced section of the Video Library, exclusively for Qi Team members.

Dr. Pang Ming’s work emphasizes the transformation and harmonization of body and mind at deeper levels with these practices, enhancing health, consciousness, and vitality. “Through continuous practice … , the body’s channels are opened, allowing for the free flow of Qi. This leads to a healthier, stronger body and a more focused, peaceful mind.”
The Quiet Power of connection
The Body & Mind Method is centered on advancing the integration of mind and body, focusing on refining the practitioner’s ability to guide and harmonize Qi (energy) for deeper physical and mental transformation.
It goes beyond foundational practices by:
- working on enhancing the internal flow of Qi and
- cultivating a heightened awareness of the body’s energy system.
The emphasis is on strengthening the connection between consciousness and movement, allowing practitioners to unlock greater levels of flexibility, strength, and vitality while also deepening mental clarity and emotional balance.
This level encourages more profound self-awareness and healing through the conscious direction of Qi.

Yes, and you aren’t alone! This is often considered a problem by people just starting out, but even though you cannot feel the Qi, it is moving and working. You can tell by how you feel emotionally. As your Qi becomes more activated, more balanced, you will experience feelings of joy, contentment, emotional stability, and relief.
No. People of all ability levels can participate. You must have access to a computer on the Internet and be able to login to the event.
Definitely yes! The focus of every aspect of this practice is inward — into the depths of who you really are. This is even true for elements that have a physical component. Individuals with a chronic illness, spinal injury, or other conditions which limit them from standing can visualize the practice while exploring the depths of the process within. We recommend that you advise the instructors of any limitations you have so that they can provide you with helpful guidance (anonymously, of course) during the sessions. Sometimes the lack of physical distraction provides a more profound experience.

Meet REyna
Reyna has studied Zhineng Qigong since 2009. She lovingly shares the wisdom of the practice with her students, readily supporting their intimate exploration of personal health and healing. Reyna firmly believes we each have a vast amount of energy readily available to us at any moment through any circumstance which is the catalyst for healing.
Born in Tijuana, Mexico, Reyna and her parents immigrated to the United States when she was three months old. Growing up, her parents instilled in her a strong work ethic, discipline, and a deep and lasting appreciation of her Mexican heritage. However, as she entered her youth, she felt a subtle but persistent emptiness. Deep within her there was a discontent that interfered with her innate joy and happiness, and something told her there was more. When she discovered Qigong, everything fell into place. This practice opened her both energetically and physically to new dimensions of herself! Nothing had the power to liberate and heal like this wisdom tradition of Chinese Medicine.
Reyna has now shared Zhineng Qigong in the US and Europe. She knows that her Spanish-speaking brothers and sisters could also benefit greatly from this work, and she plans to expand her offerings to include additional classes and programs taught in Spanish.
