QiCore Improvement Teacher Certification with Master Liu (15 Hours)
Prerequisite for All Attendees: Have taken at least one series of QiCore Improvement and are familiar with form OR 6-month minimum of Qigong practice

Time:: 6 – 8:30 AM PT
Master Liu will be attending remotely.
Become certified in QiCore Improvement Level 1 to promote it as part of your Zhineng Qigong offerings.

Teacher Certification Includes:
- 15 hours of training
- Correction and refinement of your movements during instruction and practice
- QiCore Improvement Manual
- Certification that shows you have met the standards required to teach QiCore Improvement
- Approval to use the QiCore Improvement trademark, logo, and materials to support and promote your classes, workshops, and other events
- Promotion of your QiCore Improvement events
- Inclusion of your name and contact information on the QiCore Improvement website
Requirements for those applying for teacher certification:
- Create a video demonstrating the form and leading the practice from the approved script.
- Attend a private session with Reyna or Alfie to evaluate the video for feedback. The price of the private session is included in the training fee.
Requirements upon completion of teacher certification:
- Register your name and contact information on the QiCore Improvement website.
- Post all events on the website QiCore Improvement website.
- Renew certification every 2 years by taking a QiCore series OR be a guest teacher for a QiCore series
- Additional items will be outlined in the contract
QiCore Improvement Level I is a set of effective but easy to learn exercises that can help you alleviate back pain or other discomfort related to your spine or core, improve the function of your spine, and strengthen your core muscles, waist, and joints while increasing your Qi (energy) and enhancing its flow in your body.
Master Yuantong Liu developed QiCore Improvement based on the methods and Hunyuan Qi principles developed by his Master, Dr. Pang Ming, who merged the science of human biology and physiology with the knowledge of the meridian channels of Chinese traditional medicine. Dr. Pang Ming is an Associate Professor of Western Medicine, a professor of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and the founder and Grandmaster of Zhineng Qigong (ZNQG) Science. He is an accomplished physician who has dedicated his life to helping people heal from health challenges and achieve their true human potential.
