“Practice is a way of returning to who we truly are.”

Reyna’s work bridges daily practice, healing presence, and the subtle intelligence of Qi.

The Invitation

Not simply technique. A return to essence.

Through practice, awareness, and the direct experience of Qi, students learn to reconnect with the natural state beneath stress, striving, and old patterns.

Presence · Vitality · Inner Freedom

Her Path

Formed through years of deep practice.

Reyna’s teaching is not separate from her own life. It has been shaped through inner inquiry, disciplined cultivation, and the steady discovery that transformation is something we live into, breath by breath, moment by moment.

Born in Tijuana, Mexico, Reyna immigrated to the United States with her parents as an infant. Raised with strong values, discipline, and cultural pride, she always felt the call of something deeper — a quiet knowing that life held more than outer achievement.

When she discovered Zhineng Qigong, she found a pathway back to her essence: an unshakable joy and inner freedom rooted in awareness. What began as personal practice became a lifelong devotion to healing, consciousness, and service.

Since 2009, Reyna has immersed herself in Zhineng Qigong through daily practice, teacher training, retreats, and years of guiding students. She brings a grounded, compassionate presence to the practice — helping students feel what is possible when the body, mind, heart, and Qi field begin to move as one.

Today, Reyna shares Zhineng Qigong with students throughout the United States, Europe, and Spanish-speaking communities. Her work is rooted in the belief that this practice is universal — beyond language, culture, age, or background — and accessible to all who seek a more conscious, heart-centered way of living.

What Reyna teaches

Zhineng Qigong as a living practice.

Reyna teaches Zhineng Qigong as an integrated path of body, mind, heart, and Qi. Through gentle movement, focused awareness, visualization, sound, and the Qi field, students learn to gather and cultivate energy, release patterns of tension, and reconnect with their natural capacity for balance and vitality.

Body

Gentle movement and alignment support the body in softening, opening, and remembering its innate intelligence.

Mind

Focused awareness helps calm mental noise, strengthen clarity, and create space for more conscious choice.

Heart

Practice becomes a way to meet emotion as energy, allowing the heart to soften without forcing or fixing.

Qi

Students learn to connect with the Qi field as a living support for healing, presence, and transformation.

English & Español

A practice that belongs to everyone.

Reyna is expanding her offerings for Spanish-speaking communities while continuing to teach students online and in person across the United States and Europe.

La práctica no depende del idioma. El Qi se reconoce en el cuerpo, en el corazón, y en la presencia.

Whether students come to class in English or Spanish, Reyna’s intention is the same: to create a clear, welcoming field where each person can reconnect with their own capacity for healing and conscious transformation.
